Airport Destination - Cork (ORK)
For all UK flights, the cheapest flights are with Ryanair, you can also fly with Aer Lingus but they are more pricey.
Direct flights to Cork from Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester & Liverpool.
Our wedding reception (after the ceremony) will be held at the beautiful Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa. This is approximately 45 minutes from Cork Airport.
The Church (Ceremony)
The Immaculate Church of Conception in Clonakility is where our wedding ceremony will take place this is only an 8 minute drive from the reception venue (Inchydoney)
Car Rentals & Buses
We highly recommend renting a car, in Cork Airport there are a selection of rentals to choose from (we advise booking in advance for better deals). We have used, Enterprise, Hertz, Sixt & Europcar.
You can also catch the Line 226 Bus from Cork Airport into Clonakilty (this approx takes 2 hours)

Inchydoney Beach
This is actually where we are getting married, the beach is absolutely stunning. However there are many more beaches surrounding this area!
Clonakilty Town
The local town centre (where our ceremony is taking place) is only 8 minutes away from Inchydoney Hotel and is bursting with shops, restaurants & most importantly pubs!
Model Railway Village
This is a great day for the kids or those of you that enjoy some history! The Model Village is a fully scaled handmade model of the historic West Cork Railway Line with fully working miniature trains!

Suggested hotels to check out, should you wish not to stay at Inchydoney. However there are plenty more hotels, B&B's & camp sites if you wish to research, just search under 'Clonakilty'
Dunmore House Hotel
This hotel is directly opposite the venue (across the water) and is an 8 minute drive to the venue and 10 minutes from Clonakilty town centre.
Clonakilty Hotel
This hotel is only 10 minutes from the venue (Inchydoney hotel) and is located in Clonakilty town centre.
The Emmet Hotel
This hotel is only 8 minutes away from the venue and is also located in Clonakilty town centre.
